Having worked with top music directors of the 70s and 80s, and presently working with younger ones, Wadkar spans a generation and has been one of India’s golden voices through the decades.

He is one of the artists who are benchmarks of their generation because of their talent and is one of the few singers whose vocals say it all and one can identify his songs without any confusion.
